Privacy on this website
Short version: no tracking, no ads, no cookies until you open the chat.
Who we are
This website is run by MAKEYOURAPP LTD, company no. 09277793, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Visiting the site
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Our hosting provider, DigitalOcean, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) for security and to keep the service running.
The chat
The chat is provided by Crisp (Crisp IM SAS, France). It only loads when you click a chat button. From then on Crisp sets cookies so the conversation survives a page change, and processes what you send us: your messages and, if you give it, your name and email address. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss your project, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps towards a contract. We keep conversations for as long as needed for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, through the chat or by post to the address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
